We're delighted that you've chosen to work with us! The first step will be completing our questionnaire. The questionnaire helps us learn about your unique goals, financial profile and comfort with risk.
Before you begin, the questionnaire will take approximately 10-20 minutes to complete. It is meant to be completed as a combined household - only one questionnaire per household is required. Gathering certain documents in advance may be helpful - such as a picture of your photo ID(s) (driver’s license, passport, etc.), copies of statements for any accounts you'd like to transfer and a picture of a void cheque that you'd like to connect your investment accounts too.
*The following is only required if the spouse will also be opening an account with Raintree
A trusted contact person (TCP) is someone other than your spouse whom your advisor and portfolio manager could contact in the event you become mentally incapacitated and unable to make sound financial decisions.
